Most people here are exactly who they say they are. A few are not. Here is how we work, and what we ask of you.
Never send money to someone you met online.
No real member of this community will ask you for gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, bank details, or help with an emergency. If someone does, stop replying and report them.
What we do
Every profile is read and approved by a person before anyone else can see it.
Checks are done by hand today — a steward reads your profile and records only the checks they actually completed. We do not run automated document checks yet. If we ever add them, we will not keep copies of your documents.
New accounts have message limits so a scammer cannot blast the whole community.
Until your profile is approved you cannot see other members’ profiles, read community posts, or send messages — and nobody can see you either.
Blocked members cannot message you or view your profile.
Every moderation action is written to a private audit log.
What we ask of you
Never send money, gift cards, crypto, or bank details to anyone you met here.
Keep conversation on the site until you genuinely trust someone.
Meet in a public place the first few times, and tell a friend where you’ll be.
Be suspicious of anyone who is instantly in love, always travelling, or can never do a video or phone call.
Report anything that feels off. You will never get in trouble for reporting.
What verification badges mean
A badge means we completed that specific check — nothing more. It is not a statement about someone’s character, honesty, or intentions. Use your own judgement every time.
What we never publish
Your email address, phone number, street address and full date of birth are never shown to other members. Other members see your city, county and age only.
